ELUG HYBRID meeting

Hello everyone,

after meeting for roughly 2 years out of the comfort of our homes, we decided to try a hybrid meeting in March. We were able to secure a room at no cost at the library in Sherwood Park (address below). The room, Birch, is booked from 18:00 hours (6pm) until 20:00 hours (8pm) and is located on the second level of the library. The room is fully accessible by elevator. If you are able you can use the stairs, of course. Should the main elevator be broken (which I have not seen happening in the 10 years we go there) there is a second elevator but you have to let staff know and they can help.

There is free parking in the underground parkade of the library but the parking is also free on the street right in front of the building (Festival Lane). We will, as usual, stream through our Jitsi server, so keep an eye out for the updated link on slack.

The room is suited for 15 people. Usually that is enough but it would be great if you could indicate if you will show up in person or if you will partake virtually again.
